Our mission is to provide high quality LED lighting products, that are safe, reliable, & totally beautiful. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!

Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days of them being placed. From there they are passed onto our distribution centers for packing and shipping.

Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

Delivery times can vary depending on your region and location, the below list are approximations:

- United States: 2 to 6 Business Days via USPS

- United Kingdom: 4 to 9 Business Days via Royal Mail

- Australia/NZ: 4 to 9 Business Days Via AusPost

- Europe: 4 to 15 Business Days via Standard Shipping

- Rest of the World: 4 to 15 Business Days via Standard Shipping

Delivery is free to most countries such as the USA, UK, AUS/NZ & most EU countries. The shipping cost to your region is stated at checkout. There are no duties & taxes.

For orders outside of the aforementioned countries, may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country. Please contact us or your local customs office for more information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, which you can use to track your order online here. Please note returns and exchanges will not offer tracking.

Please allow for 48 hours for the courier website to update with any information.

Please check your junk-mail folder. SMS and Email confirmations are sent every step of the way. Specifically:

- When you make the initial purchase

- When your order has been processed with a tracking number

- When your order is about to be delivered

- When your order has been delivered

Please note tracking numbers are sent after 1-3 business days. Business days are weekdays not weekends or public holidays. Please be patient, thank you!

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have made a mistake, we can try to refund your order with 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, your order has likely started to be processed. Please be careful when placing your order.

We do not accept change of mind refunds. If you receive your LEDs and decided you want a different type, we cannot provide a refund. We offer full replacements for any issues and faults that may occur within the first 30 days. Please send a video of the issue to our support team. We do not offer refunds if the instructions have not been followed, i.e. connecting the LEDs into an incorrect layout, or placing LEDs high on a wall and not supporting the power adaptor.

If you deviate from the instructions, we will not refund you.

We do not allow change of mind exchanges.

If we assess your order and find a malfunction we will replace the item causing the issue, completely for free. If you have an issue, please send us an email, and attached a video of the issue. However, please consult the FAQ first
