Update availability varies by Sync Box model. Older units, HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 hardware, and originally-RGB models may not support every current update — models can look similar and still differ.
Occasionally a beta update ships to fix a specific setup — an AVR, for example — before releasing publicly. New customers get helped promptly without disrupting the experience of existing users.
