All Fancy Sync Boxes include a TV LED strip, so Synced Fancyleds are optional room accessories rather than a requirement.

Diffusion mode sets how many colors are read per side — low detects one, medium three to five, high as many as the strip allows. Diffusion speed sets how quickly the LEDs fade when no color can be produced — lower values smooth the transition and reduce flicker.

RGB (red, green, blue) strips blend intensities of red, green and blue light to create a wide color spectrum. RGBW (red, green, blue, white) strips add a dedicated white LED — truer white tones and a broader color range than RGB.

Fancy Sync Box LED strips are sized by TV screen size. Pick based on your TV size when ordering by choosing a size that is the same as or greater than your TV's size. How to find your TV size:

Example: the sticker on the back reads UN65TU7000 — the “65” after the brand letters means it’s a 65″ TV, so you’d simply pick the 56" to 65″ when selecting your Fancy Sync Box.

1 Check the TV's Model CodeThe sticker on the rear of your TV lists the model, and the screen size is almost always the first number in it. Samsung QE55Q80B, LG OLED75C4 are 55" and 75" TVs.
2 Measure the screen diagonallyRun a tape measure from the top-left corner of the screen to the bottom-right corner — glass only, never the bezel or stand.
3 Choose your sizeSelect your TV size in the "Your TV size" picker on the product page, and the correct strip length is included in the box. If your TV size is 85", you would choose the 70" to 95" variant. Excess LEDs can always be cut off at the designated markings.

Scenes turn supported Fancyleds controls into one-tap actions. Create a Tap-to-Run scene, choose what it should do, then give it a clear name, tile colour and icon. Before you start, make sure the Fancy Sync Box is connected and showing as online in the app. Available actions depend on the selected Fancy Sync Box model.

01 Open ScenesOpen the Fancyleds app, select the Scene tab and tap the + icon.
02 Create SceneSelect Create Scene, then choose Tap-to-Run.
03 Add TaskUnder Then, add a task and select Single Device.
04 Choose ActionSelect the Fancy Sync Box, choose the action the scene should run and confirm it.
05 Save & TestSave the scene and run it in Fancyleds to confirm that it works.
06 CustomiseOpen the scene’s edit options to change its name, tile colour or icon, then save and test it again.
Use a short, distinct name such as Movie Night, Gaming, PS5 or Warm White.
If a scene does not run, confirm the Fancy Sync Box is online and the task still points to the correct Fancy Sync Box and action.
If you change the scene name, update the matching Siri shortcut as well.

Saved Tap-to-Run scenes can be added to Siri. If setup stops, send support the Fancy Sync Box model, phone model, app version, scene name and a screenshot or short screen recording.

Siri can run supported Tap-to-Run scenes from the Fancyleds app. Create and test your scene first, then add it to Siri and use the scene name as your voice command. You can also switch HDMI inputs using a phrase such as “Hey Siri, Input 3.”

01 Open And ConnectOpen the Fancyleds app and connect your Fancy Sync Box.
02 Create A SceneOpen the Scene tab, tap the plus icon, select Create Scene, then select Tap-to-Run.
03 Add A TaskUnder Then, add a task and select Single Device.
04 Select The Sync BoxSelect your Fancy Sync Box, then select Switch HDMI Ports.
05 Choose The InputSelect the HDMI port connected to the respective device, then confirm the task.
06 Name And SaveName the scene after the device, such as “PS5”, then save it.
07 Add The Scene To SiriTap Add to Siri in the bottom-right corner above Settings, then tap the plus icon beside the “PS5” Tap-to-Run scene.
08 FinishTap Done, then repeat these steps for the other HDMI inputs.

Groups let you control multiple compatible Fancyleds of the same type at once. Create one group for multiple Fancy Sync Boxes or a separate group for multiple Synced Fancyleds, then use the group to apply supported settings to every online device together. Control shared settings such as power, brightness, colour and supported lighting modes across multiple compatible Fancy Sync Boxes. Fancy Sync Boxes and Synced Fancyleds are different device types and should not be placed in the same standard group.
