All products have a one-year limited replacement warranty from the date of purchase. You must provide a video of the issues, describe the problem, and what was the cause. We will then assess the validity of the claim, and act accordingly. Ultimately, we hold the final decision upon the cause of the issue, and the solution to the issue. Thereby reserving the right to determine whether the one-year limited replacement warranty is valid.




Please be careful when placing your order. We can adjust your order if it has not been processed so please email ASAP, however, this is not a guarantee. We do not accept change-of-mind refunds or change-of-mind cancelling. Once you place your order it is final, as there are transaction and tax fees associated with your order which we as the merchant bare and cannot be reimbursed for. Once you have opened your order and used it cannot be refunded.

We are a small company, so we do not have the volume like Amazon to allow and handle change-of-mind refunds. However, as the warranty above mentions, any malfunctions are eligible for a full replacement. In the future, we do aim to change this though. Thank you for your understanding.
