Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Your Fancy Sync Box will not pair if your phone is not connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. How Do I Check Whether My Wi-Fi Is 2.4 GHz?

01 Add New BoxOpen Fancyleds, sign in, tap the blue +, select Add Device and choose the Fancy Sync Box when it appears. Keep the app open until setup finishes.

02 Retry PairingIf it does not connect, press and hold the Power button on top of the Fancy Sync Box for 5 seconds, release it, then return to + › Add Device.

03 Reset & RetryClose the app completely. Turn off your phone, unplug the Fancy Sync Box, then reconnect it. Turn your phone back on and open the Fancyleds app. Press and hold the Power button on top of the Fancy Sync Box for 10 seconds, then tap + › Add Device again.

04 Try Another DeviceIf needed, repeat setup once from another phone or tablet.

WiFi Indicator Meanings:

Flashing slowly — ready to connect

Flashing rapidly — connecting

Solid — connected

If setup still fails, send support the box model, phone and operating-system version, router model, app version, Virtual ID if available, and a short video of the indicator and Add Device screen. Never send passwords or verification codes.
