A compatible HDMI device must run through the input slot — integrated TV apps will not sync. To watch Netflix with synced LEDs, play it through an HDMI device like an Xbox or Fire Stick.

Quick fixes, in order:

Turn Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) off on the Xbox or PS5
Turn VRR off on the TV
Turn “Input Signal Plus” off in the TV settings
Turn the TV’s gaming mode off
Turn 4K upscaling off
Cap the TV output at 4K · 60Hz

If these all fail, contact support.
