High order volumes can slow delivery speeds and tracking updates from couriers. Tracking may take slightly longer than usual to update — any delivery issue is resolved directly by the team. Allow the specified business days for the region before reaching out.

Order before 14 December for the best chance of delivery in time for Christmas. Orders placed after 14 December are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas — couriers run at peak volume through the holiday period.
