J’ai eu bcp de soucis avec, faut vrm s’y connaître pour certaines configurations. J’ai passé deux semaines à les configurer parfaitement, parce que des problèmes vidéos sur la TV ne faisaient qu’apparaître. Je trouve aussi que les LEDs manquent de moyens de configuration sur l’application, mais aussi d’explications claires sur l’utilité de certains paramètres. J’ai aussi rencontré des problèmes de syncronisation quand je changeais de sources hdmi (passage de box à console), où le changement de source ne se faisait pas automatiquement (malgré les bons paramètres activés sur l’appli) Malgré cela, les LEDs ont été livrées plus rapidement que prévu et elles sont de très très bonne qualité quand elles sont bien configurées. (si vous avez une TV samsung connectée à une box, c’est très galère de bien config les LEDs parce que le HDR s’enlève tout seul, et ça crée des bugs de couleurs). SVP l’équipe Fancyleds, lisez cet avis pour corriger certains problèmes que j’ai cité 🙏🙏

It’s really good, works best on games and certain films. Can be a bit tricky to get it synced correctly but just make sure to follow the instructions exactly in regards to the sequence of egich cables you add. Gaming is amazing, animated films are amazing, certain films or scenes in films it works well with, others not so much.

I am disappointed with this product. I would never buy it if I knew of these issues before. • USB-C cable is too short that connects leds with syncbox, making proper cable management difficult. • LED strip cutting is poorly designed for a 75-inch TV — the segments are either too short or too long. • Cuttable zones are very large, which reduces flexibility and precision during installation. • LEDs do not always turn off with the TV: • They turn off correctly when using the remote. • When the TV turns off via a timer, the LEDs remain on. • Synchronization does not work with my Samsung 75-inch 8K TV, despite trying all available settings. • Overall quality does not match the price.
Works famtastic and is super easy to install!!
It took some time to set up, but once I did, it worked well. However, the colors aren’t perfectly synchronized when trying to sync it to any movie. In general, it works, but it’s a bit of a letdown. I bought this a year ago and now I’m having trouble with the box. Paying nearly $300 would have me expect this product to last for a couple of years, but I was completely wrong. At least allow for the purchase of an extended warranty so we can get the most out of it. Most products nowadays offer them. I’m disappointed in the product’s longevity and the lack of support when paying such a high price.
I love them on my 85" TV these are the 2nd ones I've bought. The lights went out a year later on my other ones hopefully these will last longer. But besides that a GREAT product

Best thing ever
Nice and vibrant, but colors are abit off for certian movies and could use a better app with more settings simular to govee where you can program them to do extra things or add a feature where it has presets for certian movies or games. Otherwise pretty good but a little expensive

Fantastic product! Super easy to set up — there is a tiny bit of pausing/lagging that happens once in a blue moon but otherise smooth sailing!
It is very easy to set up the Fancyleds system. The accuracy of the system to what is happening on-screen is just fantastic. The colours are spot on, with black parts of the screen exactly as they should be with no light emitted in those areas. If you are looking to extend your viewing experience, look no further. Outstanding product at a reasonable price, totally recommended.
These lights actually work perfectly and give the TV that added boost for entertainment. Good job.

Highly recommend these LEDs a bit pricey but worth the money. Would recommend if you love watching movies and like LEDs on your Tv to give your movies some life and bring out that sense you’re in the movie. They ship fast and well protected package.

Amazing product! I have this setup to go from my receiver to the fancyled box then through a4c to my tv! Everything plugged into the receiver gets displayed through my 4k samsung s90c! If you have issues syncing. Turn of the tv or change inputs u til fancyled sees it. This item work. I have my 4k Blu-ray, Xbox,, Android box plugged into receiver. To get my YouTube and apps working I disconected my tv from Ihe internet and use my apple tv or Android box. Would recommend.
Great quality, easy setup, and my partner loves the visual effects with baldurs gate.
The hardware part works great, but the app and software integration could be better. No widgets, no Siri or Homekit integration, app is a little bit clunky to use to reach quickly some of the adjustments.

I have a sony bravia tv I thought it would sync while watching anything, but it doesn't, unless you have an xbox, ps5 etc, it won't work on a normal tv unless you have an hdmi source, which I haven't, ive only got my sony tv,
Works well, but if you're using a TV with an internal TV tuner, the sync doesn't work with that TV signal. You will need a cable/satellite box into one of the hdmi slots on the sync box. It works fine with fire TV, Xbox etc.
There’s no explaining how amazing these lights are. No matter who (movie people or gamers) these lights really make you feel like you’re IN whatever’s on the tv. They’re bright and quick with scene changes. Top notch. Definitely recommend
The lights are pretty cool on the back of the tv. A lot cheaper than the alternative for Phillips hue
Box doesn’t work well with hdmi 2.1 things. When hooking it up to stuff using Atmos. The TV screen flashed and had static every few minutes.

Ordered this product on the 16th of July, it finally arrived on the 12th of August. I tried powering on the sink box after attaching the led strip to find out that the sync box is faulty and doesn’t turn on. Reached out to customer services via email at 11:30 am to receive a response at 4:11pm. At 5pm they decided they will send a replacement. That was August 12th. Today is the 21st and I still don’t have a working sync box. I have emailed twice to check what is going on and now I don’t get any responses.

Dolby Vision is not working properly, support telling me I should adjust my TV settings and the product works as expected. Using Apple TV 4K and before vs after is very different

Thhs are bright and nice but unless you dont have antoebr source to plug them into, it wont sync to the tv. Smart tv apps wont work… wish i knew that.

Easy setup, works as advertised. Sometimes quick sequences of changing colors can be a bit intense but not overly distracting. Im sure that can be lessened by messing with tge brightness and diffusion, just need to play with the settings. Had a hiccup where it wouldnt work with the “game mode” on my tv but suddenly did start working so not sure about that, but its working all the time now. Love it!

Great lights working fine at 4k
Lights are pretty good, they work, nothing to compare them to but watched numerous tube vids, if i had to nitpick i wish the app had more options to customise the light saturation to better match the TV colours. Sometimes misses colours, like on an option menu screen, one side of the backlighting is illuminated correctly, the other side is identical on screen but the backlights dont show it. During movies its hard to pick a fault, they look awesome

Love the lights. However, I think wether it’s my lights or honestly me being nit picky, but with certain games blues come in as white and vise versa. Amazing response time, vivid coloring and accurate. Glad i got them

ok but no way as good looking or as effective as Lytmi sadly. Box is nicer though and app doesn’t crash but it’s a shame the colours are so washed out and no way to increase.

Shipping took a month. Besides that the product itself works well and is very adjustable. Needed to replace the provided HDMI with a higher quality one to get my video quality back to where it should be.

Massively overpriced for the quality. The LEDs are dim, the syncing is unstable, and the box itself feels cheaply made. Adhesive left residue on my TV, and customer support makes refunds nearly impossible. This is marketed as premium but feels bargain-bin. Avoid.

These lights are great I love them the family loves them. They are very easy to install. It make the film very immersive, I found that my children concentrate more on the films that are playing and are not so easily distracted . Really a top product

So far works really well, have hD for about a year, definitely wish it was cheaper in price. But exactly what i wanted. Only concern is randomly ill see a couple lights on the strand on when i have my tv off. Start the system and turn off again and seems to fix it for the time being.
havent had a problem in the time ive had it (over a year) so solid product, is really bright and has no latency and doesnt add any delay to the screen

They are good lights, but the colors aren’t very accurate. Also, they don’t tell you that they won’t be able to sync to your actually tv. They only sync to a secondary system to change colors with what’s playing. But if you have a smart tv and use that to watch tv, you don’t get to use the sync feature and when you do get to use the sync feature on another system it’s not very accurate. Which sucks, because that’s the only reason I bought this. If you just need LED lights or don’t have a smart tv, then this might work for you.

I had an issue where my LED strip wasn’t recognized as the 96 LED/cm so it wasn’t showing color. I think this could have been given the use of an extender to increase the length of the USB-C cable into the 3 port HDMI hub. FancyLEDs support was able to create a custom firmware forcing the identification as 96 LED/cm and presto colors! Took some back and forth but they fixed it. Bravo! The use of the Synced FancyLEDs worked perfectly in this setup as well. Impressed !!!
I’m very impressed. The lights just work and have much better color accuracy than many systems and sync very cleaning to the content on the screen. Considering I’ve done a DIY version with Hyperion that was equally as nice but didn’t integrate well with Alexa, this is just so impressive.

Replacement lights shipped quickly, were well packaged, and installed easily. Delivery of the firmware upgrade took about 2 days. Make sure to do this step so lights will operate properly.
