Ensure the Fancy Sync Box is connected via the HDMI input (not ARC/eARC). Check that your HDMI device is powered on and outputting a signal. Try power-cycling the Sync Box.
All Fancy Sync Box products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Physical damage and accidental damage are not covered.
